SMARTFOX Software Update: Greater Energy Efficiency for Your Home

With the new version of SMARTFOX software, you can get even more out of your PV system, heat pump, or charging station. Whether you want to save electricity, increase self-consumption, or control charging processes, our energy manager is now even smarter, more efficient, and easier to use.

Here is an overview of the most important changes for you:

  • RFID User Authentication for the SMARTFOX Pro Charger 2: Users can be assigned via an RFID chip. Multiple users can be assigned, allowing them to track and approve their charging sessions. This is particularly convenient for apartment buildings or company parking lots. Users can also access the e-mobility platform.
  • ECO Mode for battery systems: Intelligent charge limiting (e.g., to 80%) until a specified time. This protects the battery and extends its service life.
  • More control options thanks to a relay upgrade: Appliances can be automatically activated when electricity prices are low. This allows heat pumps connected via SG-Ready to be activated based on dynamic electricity rates.
