- All data is stored directly on the device and on an Austrian server. Security comes first!

SMARTFOX Pro 3 – Future-proof for network operators' requirements
The new generation of SMARTFOX Pro 3 offers more interfaces and features in the same compact design, with extremely simple setup and smooth commissioning. And it’s ready for the future: The new interfaces are already equipped to handle future curtailment commands from grid operators in German-speaking countries (e.g., §14a or §9 in Germany).
An overview of the most important changes:
- 5 universal interfaces – one temperature sensor (PT1000, PT100) per input, one digital input (DI), S0 remains unchanged.
- 2 RS-485 interfaces
- UART interface for future expansions
- Easier installation thanks to the LAN port on the top

Without a smart energy management system, the full potential of a photovoltaic system cannot be fully realized. Currently, only about 30% of the solar energy generated is used directly. Thanks to the SMARTFOX Pro Energy Manager, self-consumption can be increased to up to 98%.
To become more energy-independent, a combination of a photovoltaic system and an energy manager is essential. The SMARTFOX Pro Energy Manager serves as the central interface between the photovoltaic system and the connected appliances. Thanks to intelligent sector coupling, various devices—such as heat pumps, boilers, battery storage systems, or charging stations from a wide range of manufacturers—can be connected and controlled from a single source. All data is displayed in high resolution on the My SMARTFOX web portal. Our monitoring system allows you to continuously optimize yield and consumption. It also helps identify any “power-hungry” devices.

SMARTFOX All-in-One Key
The All-in-One Key has been available since August 8, 2024, replacing the previous licenses for batteries, inverters, and heat pumps. With the All-in-One Key, five inverters, one battery, and one heat pump are activated for an unlimited period of time—free of charge. This means that when purchasing a SMARTFOX Pro Energy Manager, there are only one-time investment costs and no ongoing expenses.
For those who have already activated various licenses, the validity period will be extended from ten years to an indefinite period.
Efficient solution for charging stations
We have made another important change to the Car Charger license. It has been renamed the Car Charger Key and now offers enhanced functionality at a lower price. A Car Charger Key is now required to integrate compatible charging stations. This unlocks all five charging points. The Car Charger Key is not required for SMARTFOX charging stations.
With the new All-in-One Key, SMARTFOX users can simplify their energy management and access all key features in a single, user-friendly package.
